Scope & responsibility
ShiNe X operates the PUSH UP HARDER website and game for players in Vietnam. Support and privacy contact: kietshine@gmail.com.
Camera & pose detection
The app uses the camera for on-device pose detection and Push Up/Squat counting. The current rep-counting path runs locally; online features use rep counts and match state rather than an opponent video feed. The promotional website does not request camera access.
Account & game data
The service can store account/guest identifiers, login email, hashed authentication information, sessions, display name, friend code, selected character portrait, friend relationships, online presence, public character data, rep totals, match results and ranked points. Cloud backup stores progress documents, revisions and save history.
Purposes & legal grounds
Data supports sign-in, account recovery, saves, friends, rankings, matchmaking, abuse prevention and support. Password recovery uses email, expiring verification codes and IP-based request limits. Passwords and session secrets are not public profile fields.
What other players may see
Display name, character portrait, level, online presence, public character information, ranked points and rep totals may appear in friends, leaderboard or match features. Do not include sensitive information in a public name.
Website & browser storage
The website keeps your language choice in browser localStorage; you can clear it in site-data settings. HUDs show sample data and do not record workouts. Fonts may currently load from Google Fonts, connecting your browser to that provider. Hosting/CDN infrastructure may receive connection information such as IP address and user agent.
Security & stopping use
Account, save and match data may remain on servers; uninstalling does not delete an account or its backups. The system hashes passwords and session tokens. Do not share passwords, OTPs or tokens; no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Privacy rights & account deletion requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion/restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent or complain to a competent authority.
To request deletion, email kietshine@gmail.com with the subject Account deletion request — PUSH UP HARDER, preferably from your linked email address. Include your display name and friend code/account ID if available. For guest accounts or lost email access, describe your situation so ShiNe X can arrange proportionate ownership verification. Never send passwords, OTPs or tokens.
After verifying ownership, ShiNe X will confirm the scope and process deletion of the account, profile, cloud progress and related data under its control, except information required by law or necessary for disputes or fraud prevention. Any exception will be explained in the response. Deleted data may not be recoverable. You must remove device-local saves separately. Deleting an account or uninstalling does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel renewal separately in the store.
This is an email request channel, not an automatic website deletion button.
Children & updates
The game is intended for ages 7 and over in Vietnam. Players under 16 need a parent or guardian involved in account setup and any consent required by applicable law; minors must not make purchases without permission. A 7+ age label is not consent to process children’s data. Parents or guardians concerned about improperly provided children’s data should contact kietshine@gmail.com to request review or deletion. Material changes to data handling will be communicated appropriately.
Website analytics & cookies
Only after you accept analytics cookies, this website loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, traffic sources and interactions. Google receives technical and usage information such as page URLs, browser/device details and network information, and uses analytics cookies. Do not include personal or sensitive information in URLs. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in our configuration. Declining does not restrict access. You can change your choice using Cookie settings; withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection on this website but does not automatically delete data already processed. The consent choice is stored locally. Game account data and camera recordings are not sent by this website integration. Google Privacy Policy
