Camera & reps
Keep your phone stable, use good lighting and keep the required joints visible. Wait for the ready guidance before exercising.
Accounts & saves
Check the account and backup timestamp before restoring. Do not clear app data as a troubleshooting shortcut.
Ranked & connection
Online features need a stable connection. PvP rep scores do not use PvE equipment power.
Sigma & billing
If purchases are available, check the correct store account. Never share purchase tokens or payment-card information.
Why are my reps not counting?
Check the Android camera permission, lighting, placement and full movement. For Push Up, lower and push back up through the required range. If you feel pain or unusual fatigue, stop rather than repeating reps to test the camera.
Why has my session expired?
Sign in again with the method already linked to your account. Do not create a new account or overwrite a save to fix a session issue. If using several devices, check session messages on each.
Why do my devices have different saves?
Do not sync or restore until you know which save is newer. Record each account, timestamp and character level. Back up before changing progress.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email kietshine@gmail.com, preferably from your linked address, with your display name and friend code/account ID if available. ShiNe X will guide ownership verification. Do not send passwords, OTPs or tokens. Uninstalling does not delete server data or cancel subscriptions. See the Privacy Policy for request scope.
Can I download the game here?
This is currently a promotional website. No public download link has been confirmed; avoid APKs from impersonating sources.
